Our process

At Image Interiors, we pride ourselves on producing quality cabinetry and joinery in a timely and cost efficient manner. We work alongside Head Contractors, Builders, Architects, and Interior Designers across the commercial, hospitality, and residential industries.

Send tender packages and joinery drawings to tenders@imageinteriors.nz and a member of our team will respond with confirmation of receipt. If we have any queries, our team will get back to you at the first available opportunity. Typically, we require a minimum of 7 days to quote.

Upon acceptance of the quotation, our team will provide relevant documentation including indicative lead times for delivery and installation. You will also be introduced to your Image Interiors Project Manager, who will become your point of contact from this point onwards.

Draw

Following a site measurement, our shop drawing process begins. Image Interiors’ in-house CAD team create shop drawings for approval prior to manufacture. It is important that design considerations are made prior to this point to avoid costly delays. Shop drawing lead time is dependant on the complexity of the units, and our team will provide a date you can expect to receive your drawings for review. We allow for one round of minor changes and tweaks within our standard pricing.

Once shop drawings are approved and material finishes confirmed, our manufacture process begins. Image Interiors’ skilled cabinetmakers bring your shop drawings to life, and it is at this point we are able to confirm delivery dates for installation.

Our skilled installation team takes delivery of your joinery items on site, and ensures they are installed carefully and efficiently.
